Mindhouse, an app-based mental wellness service, has launched a new community initiative, Wellness Labs – a collaborative learning platform for senior HR professionals, focused on transitioning work environments during and after the pandemic.
Working from Home is the new normal, and we are more digitised than ever before. While the change comes with its positives of giving employees more flexibility and savings, WFH has had a severe negative impact as well leading to elevated stress levels. Keeping morale high and driving effective employee engagement have been among the biggest challenges faced by most corporations.
In this scenario, Wellness Labs provides a platform that enables discussions with peers, experienced professionals and experts, to create tangible solutions & new policies. In addition to this network, Wellness Labs also gives members access to professional coaches and industry leaders, who can help with specific problems which employees are facing.
